Legal Status Under the 2018 Farm Bill
All hemp-derived products offered on Bomb Exchange are federally legal under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill, Pub. L. 115-334). This law removed hemp (defined as Cannabis sativa L. with a delta-9 THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis) from the Controlled Substances Act. As such, hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids that meet this threshold are not considered controlled substances under federal law.
